You can walk around the bottom area outside the building. Very cool to get up nice and close.
There is an info booklet you can take near the entrance which has good information inside.

This is beautiful architecture building situated at the pier in Vejle. A great landmark building design by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. The building has unique design architecture and you can experience many different architectural angles and views of the inlet and the harbour, all framed by the building’s arched openings and windows. Water flows through two of the ground floor rooms, and a whirling metal sculpture expands from the ceiling to form a drooping tip. I find the building architecture is the best work of art talent and its beautiful indeed. Highly recommend to visits the place.

Unfortunable not able to go inside and admire the building.
It is an office building.
Super highly recommended. The architectural piece is even better up close with the details of the customised brickwork and how the building and public interact with the artwork, light and water. Public tours are available online so it might be worth checkinf out if your trio aligns with them.
